These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arawy website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Prices shown on our website and in the booking form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed by your technician before work begins and may vary depending on the specific requirements of your job (for example, wall type, cable routing, or site conditions discovered on arrival).
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a specific appointment time until we confirm it with you directly by phone or email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can offer the appointment to another customer. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a rebooking fee.
Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Where a card processing fee is shown on an invoice, it reflects the transaction cost charged by our payment processor and is disclosed to you before you pay.
We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a completed installation, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Our technicians carry liability insurance as described on our website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any known site hazards or special conditions in advance. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes significantly once on site, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
